Your entire database is automatically backed up every night, and all backup archives are stored within the /cgi-bin/backup/ directory of your server. To help conserve disk space on your server, backup archives are kept for five days before they're deleted from your server. Even though the database is backup up every night, you may also perform a manual backup through the Other->Backup Database menu.
