9.3 E-Mail All Members

You'll most likely need to send a personalized e-mail message to all members in your database, from time to time. This can be done though the Communicate->E-Mail All Members menu. The first page allows you to define query specifications, selecting exactly which members you would like to e-mail. Fill out any fields you would like, and only members who meet the criteria, will be e-mailed. If you would like to e-mail all members in your database, leave all fields blank, and click on the E-Mail All Members submit button.

The next page allows you to define the contents of the e-mail message. Once you've entered the exact e-mail message, click on the Preview E-Mail Message submit button to preview your e-mail message. Once you're happy with the results, click on the Send E-Mail Message submit button, and the e-mail message will be automatically sent to all needed members.
