Once the Support System has been installed on your web server, you must first reload your Crontab file to ensure everything works correctly. This can be done by logging into your web server via SSH, and changing directories to the
/xflow_data/ directory on your server. Once there, type the following at the SSH prompt:
crontab xflow.crontab
If you do not know how, or do not feel comfortable reloading your Crontab file, please submit a support request to customer support, asking them to reload your crontab file for you.
