Getting Started

This is a very easy module to use, and should not cause any problems. Once the module has been installed on your server, access your Admin Control Panel. Once inside, click on the Username Generator link, under the Installed Modules box. This will bring up the menu for the Usern ame Generator.

Go to Setup->Rules Wizard and define a set of rules which will be used to generate all usernames. Once you have defined a set of rules, you need to activate the Username Generator module. To do this, goto Setup->Settings. There will be one checkbox which you need to make sure is checked.

Once the Username Generator module is active, you may delete the Username text field from your newuser HTML form. The module will now automatically generate a username for all new members who join your program.
