Envex Developments offers a 30 day money back guarantee on all software purchases. Any time within 30 days after a customer purchases, they can request a refund, for any reason, without question. The following restrictions apply to all refunds:

• Before issuing a refund, Envex Developments must have the customer's authorization to delete the software off their web server.
  
  
• All funds used for services rendered are non-refundable from the purchase price. Services are charged as follows:
  
  
  • Software Installation - $100 / hour (averages of 1 hour)
    
    
  • Standard customer support, including consultation and setup - $100 / hour
    
    
  • Custom programming - $100 / hour
  
  
• All funds deducted from the customer's Service Account, as explained in the Customer Support Policies, are non-refundable.
  
  
• If paying in installments, and you default on a month's payment, Envex Developments reserves the right to deactivate the license on your server, and all previous money paid will be forfeited to Envex Developments.
